Jonny Panic - Ritual Riots
Ritual Riots is the self produced third album from London four-piece Punk Rockers Jonny Panic, released four years after their previous release down to the lack of funding available to the band. They have no producer, manager, booking agent this is all purely work of the band and mixed by Chris Sheldon [Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro]
Ritual Riots is a massive hard hitting Punk/Pop album built with 13 tracks that all express political and meaningful lyrics expressed through brilliantly written songs. Four years in the waiting but most definitely bound to pay off for the guys.
Unlike many albums written these days Ritual Riots keeps giving and giving with each song sounding individual and new, making the album very easy to listen to.
The passion for the music shines through in their music, sounding full of heart and intelligence the guys really gave it their all and Ritual Riots should rightfully hold its place in any Punk/Pop lovers collection.
Final Riff Rating: RRRR
