OurFamous Dead - I Am Human
Leeds based Electronicore band OurFamous Dead recently sent me their EP 'I Am Human' to listen to, here is what I made of it.

Bursting open with a highly energetic synth intro met with great, unique styled rough vocals RateMyHate is a great opener to this very exciting and anticipated EP, marking a milestone with the band, who have come a long way since moving from Carlisle and going through various line-up changes. The band find themselves in a very promising situation in such a hard scene to break and I have no doubt that this EP will be the stepping stone they need to reach the next level.
Untitled Part 1 is the next track, one of my favourite live tracks by the band, the recorded version is spot on too, clean and gang vocals merge perfectly and are met with a constant hyper feel behind them. The band have managed to produce their own sound perfectly and show case just what they want in their live shows as well as lay it down on a recorded track.
Next up is my favourite OurFamous Dead track, The Great and Inevitable, so happy the guys recorded this track, the opening harmonies are amazing and are met with powerful backing vocals. Front man Andrew has managed to lay down a unique vocal style mixing slow paced and fast paced signing at a perfect note to give OFD a phenomenal sound.
Untitled Part 2 closes the EP off in a great way, opening with a crazy synth line that just screams energy and excitement again with brilliantly recorded vocal work, and obviously credit to the band for creating something well and truly amazing here! Great work and a very promising step in the right direction!
Well done Andrew, Robin, Simon, Rich and of course our man Callum! ... this review is not biast either, if it was I would be mocking Callum, trust me, this EP is amazing!
